Germany - Graduate
The Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD), supports graduating seniors and graduate students for study or research in Germany in a broad range of academic disciplines. Asia - Graduate
The Luce Scholars Program funds graduate students in a variety of professional fields. It is intended for young leaders who have had limited experience of Asia and who might not otherwise have an opportunity in the normal course of their careers to come to know Asia. The program provides stipends, language training and individualized professional placement in Asia. Campus deadline is October 15, 2010. United Kingdom - Graduate
The Gates Cambridge Scholarships are awarded to graduate students from outside the UK to study at the University of Cambridge. Scandinavia - Graduate

Multiple World Regions - Graduate
The Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) for graduate students for overseas intensive summer language institutes in thirteen critical need foreign languages. Scholarship funds intensive language instruction and structured cultural enrichment experiences for seven to ten weeks for U.S. citizen undergraduate and graduate students. Multiple World Regions -Doctoral
The Spencer Foundation provides fellowships to support individuals whose dissertations show potential for bringing fresh and constructive perspectives to the history, theory, or practice of formal or informal education anywhere in the world.
